Even if you didn’t go trick-or-treating this year (thanks, coronavirus), candy probably still found its way into your home. In fact, according to The Huffington Post, despite the pandemic, Halloween candy sales were up.
But what is the most popular candy? TODAY held a Halloween Candy Bracket to find out. The “Sweets Sixteen” had some unlikely contenders, like York Peppermint Patties, as well as classics, like Milky Way. But the final competition was between Reese’s and Snickers, with Snickers claiming victory.
Halloween may be over, but there’s still time to fill up your trick-or-treat bag and maybe make 2020 sweeter.
