Add delivery drivers to your gift list this holiday season

With online shopping soaring during the pandemic, delivery drivers have been working overtime this year. Now, add holiday shopping on top of that, and delivery drivers are hustling even harder. If you’re able, a small gesture of thanks for these essential workers goes a long way.

Some ideas include handwritten notes, children’s artwork, snack bags, drinks and gift cards for coffee shops or restaurants. As a reminder, United States Postal Service drivers are federal employees, so gifts must be $20 or less and they cannot accept cash.

Any acknowledgment is sure to be appreciated and make your delivery drivers smile.
