Drive-in movies popping up in Jacksonville

Drive-in movies

We’ve all missed going to the movies. Major theater chains begin to reopen this month, and Jacksonville is also sporting a pop-up drive-in movie experience by Sun-Ray Cinema at Tailgaters Sports Bar and Grill, 255 Talleyrand Avenue.

Bill and Ted return after some thirty years with Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter being excellent to each other in “Bill and Ted Face the Music,” premiering outdoors beginning Aug. 28.

They’re charging by the carload at $24 per vehicle, no matter the number of passengers, and food will be available from the Tailgaters menu. For tickets and more information visit the Sun-Ray site.
