Christopher’s Cucumber Mint Martini (adapted)
• 5-6 leaves of mint, muddle.
• 3 slices of cucumber, muddle.
• 3 ounces apple juice.
• Splash of grenadine.
• Splash of elderflower cordial.
• 1 ounce lime juice.
• 1 ounce cranberry juice.
Muddle and add all ingredients in shaker, shake for 10 seconds and then double strain in chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice on the rim. Drink and wait very patiently for February.
