The fifth anniversary celebration of the Florida Puerto Rican Parade and Festival will be held in Orlando on Saturday, Sept. 18, once again promoting the vibrant Puerto Rican culture and heritage and the many contributions the community has made to the state of Florida.
With a timely theme of “First Responders and Essential Workers,” the event will be complete with traditional food, artisans and live music and entertainment, as well as kid-friendly activities.
There will also be a 5K on Sunday, Sept. 12 and a Gala on Thursday, Sept. 16, where scholarships will be presented to deserving high school seniors.
