The 2020 Mayors’ Fitness Challenge is underway. Health First is pleased to support this great initiative in partnership with United Way of Brevard.
Comprised of 11 Space Coast municipalities, residents form teams and commit to adopting healthier lifestyles and increasing their physical activity. The eight-week challenge runs until March 27, 2020, and will track the minutes of participants’ healthy activities. The municipality reporting the most minutes of physical activity will be named the most fit city.
The challenge also includes a “great weight-off.” The male and female losing the most weight (calculated by percentage of weight lost) will each win $500.
