Orlando Goes Green with Uber

Uber Green recently launched in Orlando and is part of its $800 million resource commitment to help hundreds of thousands of drivers transition to electric vehicles by 2025 and become a fully zero-emission platform by 2040.

Uber will also incentivize consumers to make greener choices when they ride. Using Uber Green you will receive 3x Uber Rewards points for every trip taken, compared to 2x points for a typical UberX ride.

Uber has also partnered with GM to provide attractive offers on electric vehicles to drivers and worked with Avis to make it easier for drivers to rent a zero-emission vehicle.
