Orlando’s outdoor fitness options

by The 100 Companies

Want to develop a COVID-19 friendly workout routine? If you’re in the Orlando area, you’re in luck — there are 12 outdoor fitness stations located in city parks you already know and love.

There’s Park of the Americas, where there are five stations with equipment that can be used to perform 120 different exercises. At Wadeview Park, there’s equipment designed specifically for persons with disabilities. And at the former Orlando Naval Training Center, Blue Jacket Park, you can work out on 75 acres, surrounded by beautiful displays of naval history.

Don’t let the pandemic stop you from reaching your fitness goals!
