2020 has been a year of ups and downs, and still millions of lives continue to be disrupted. Even Christmas will not be the same this year, as we change our plans to protect our families during a pandemic.
The holidays, for many, include traditions that reemerge each year like clockwork – for me, it’s pumpkin pie. But my new obsession merges two of my favorites – cheesecake and pumpkin pie.
Natasha’s Kitchen’s recipe for pumpkin cheesecake is my all-time favorite. Topped with a caramel sauce, this pie may be the greatest marriage of all time. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
