With the surge in pickleball players during the pandemic, it seems that lesser-known sports are making a comeback. Disc golf — similar to golf, but with frisbee-like disks — could be one of them. And if you’re in Tallahassee, there are now two, 24-hole courses where you can try it out.
The first is at Tom Brown Park, where only nine of the holes are in wooded areas, leaving the rest out in the open — perfect for beginners.
Surrounded by tall trees, the second course at Jack L. McLean Jr. Park will certainly present more of a challenge, even for the pros.
