If you like PSL (pumpkin spice latte) season, consider (pumpkin) spicing up the whipped coffee that swept social media earlier this year.
Combine 2 tablespoons instant coffee, ½ tablespoon sugar (add up to 2 tablespoons, depending on how sweet you want it) and 2 tablespoons hot water. Add in pumpkin pie seasoning to your liking. You can either go for a light whisper of fall or full-on pumpkin spice.
Whisk until smooth and shiny, and it thickens and holds its shape (made quicker with a hand mixer). Then, pour over ice and milk or hot milk (or milk substitute) and combine.
