My parents have a nightly TV routine. David Muir at 6:30PM, “Jeopardy” at 7PM, “Wheel of Fortune” at 7:30PM – at least, that’s the lineup of shows in Winter Park, Florida.
Here in Tallahassee, however, the game shows are flipped, with “Wheel of Fortune” airing first at 7PM. Yes, you see where I’m going with this.
I emailed dad to plot our strategy, providing answers for him to amaze and astound my mom by guessing puzzles with only one, two or even no letters. I’m told she’s grounded me for the next two weeks with no TV. Was totally worth it.
