Rootstock is a well-designed and intimate space and is the creation of the owners of Andrew’s Downtown. Specializing in wines, artisan cocktails and both small and large plates, chef Matt Varn has created a place where the food and the drinks enhance one another.
This is a place where you can escape the noise and enjoy a purposefully aggregated menu that does not disappoint. I highly recommend ordering the bone marrow canoes!
