Vote By Mail has long been available in Florida, and in 2002 laws passed so any registered Floridian could vote by mail. Nearly a third of Florida voters cast their ballot by mail in 2018’s election.
Despite what you may read or hear of fraud and problems, requesting, receiving and casting your ballot is simple in Florida if you do one thing – follow directions.
Request your ballot online, by phone, in the mail or in person by Aug. 8 for the primary. Fill it out correctly. Then sign it, send it and track its progress online until it is counted.
