With Florida’s primary just five weeks away, vote-by-mail ballots are landing in mailboxes throughout the state. Early Vote locations are opening in early August, and precincts will be open on Primary Election Day, Aug. 18.
However, you have to be registered to vote to participate in the process, and that deadline is coming up on July 20.
It is very easy to register to vote, and you can do it online or call your county Supervisor of Elections if you have any questions. To participate in a Florida party’s primary you have to be a registered member of that party.
